DV8 was acquired by a new group of shareholders, incl. (1) 210K Capital, LP (2) Kliff Capital Co., Ltd. (3) Moon SG Investments Pte. (4) Sora Spiral Pte. Ltd. (5) Asiastrategy Topwin SG Pte. Ltd. (6) Mythos Venture Fund I L.P. (7) Mythos BitYield Co., Ltd. and (8) Mr. Simon Gerovich.
